Hi,
I seem to have two task bars. I am unsure why. There is only one bar at
the bottom with start on it, but there are two lots of icons at the bottom.
I am unsure of the terminology, so I'll try to explain what i mean. So here
I go. When I open a folder (for example), a link to that folder will appear
on the task bar. The same is true for almost any program. That is normal.
My problem is that there are two lots of these. For some reason there is a
clone. I can move it around, just the same as the original, but i cant make
it go away. It appears reguardless of what theme is set and what is
displayed. I was wondering if anyone is familiar with this sort of problem.
I would send a screenshot, but this is text only. Thanks!

Hi Nic,

Line 164. Restore Taskbar to Default Functionality
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

-or-

Repair the Taskbar manually. See David's post here:

http://groups.google.co.in/group/microsoft.public.windowsxp.general/msg/2c661f9eb1f6a60a?hl=en

Note: You'll lose all the existing Taskbar settings, and the additional toolbars that you may've added earlier.
