Windows starts but a folder always comes up when i get into my account

So i log into my account and everything goes fine and then like...all of a sudden this system 32 folder pops up..thats all it does and its kind of annoying and i dont know how to fix it...and my disk cleanup works up to a certain point then it jsut freezes and uses all of my CPU whts the deal w/ that?

It's wise to search the group prior to posting. These queries are
