Please help me !

Every since installing sp3, I can not run flash files. I have always been
able to run either from my desktop or from the web and seen the video.

As an example I can't run any of the video from jibjab.com

I get one of two messages
1) When I run from my desktop it says that there is no software to run the
file.
Then if I try to run from MS media it says I have a security problem.
2) When I run it from the web site. It loops through ads and never loads
the media.

I know the flash program is loaded.
I am running netscape 7.02

I have tried re-installing Norton Utilities. I have re-installed flash a
few times, to correct the registry. I have looked high and low for options
to allow flash. I don't know what to try next.

Help me please
Thank you

You installed Windows XP SP3?
Interesting.. There is no SP3 for Windows XP at this time.

Try getting the standalone Flash/Shockwave installers from here:

Well Dave, slap me silly. I made a mistake. You are right I didn't load sp3
for windows xp.

I still can't get flash to work on my computer. I have heard that there may
be a setting on the netscape browser that can solve this problem. Have you
heard of this ?
