Windows SP 4, ipass crash

Hi,

I'm looking for the french and german hotfix for the below
problem.

I have been given the english version of this patch, but
have been told to contact microsoft for a different
language version of this patch. "Windows2000-KB824301-x86"

But after alot of searching I have only found a address or
a phone number which i have been told will cost me to ring
for support.

Any help would be appreciated.

This update should be available in these languages (should be available in
25 languages actually). As far as I know there is no charge if all you
require is the hotfix and not any other support.
