Windows Sounds return after Reseal

I'm getting some strange behaviour with my latest image (I thought it
was all going too smoothly). The way we do things is get the unit
configured as we want, take a clone, run fbreseal on the clone, not
allowing it to reboot, and that disk is our master.
The pre-seal disk does everything as expected. The post-seal disk re-
enables the Windows sounds, which is something I've never had happen
before. I don't think the settings for the System Cloning Tool are any
different to any previous build, and in any case none of them seem to
relate to sounds. Remove User Settings is set to False. Can anyone
shed any light on this please?

Oh well, I fixed it. It turns out that it was the ATI drivers. Bunged
on the latest Catalyst and all is well.
