I would like the Windows sidebar to automatically close when i start a
fullscreen app/game and to automatically start again when i close the
fullscreen app/game.
 
Use the Feedback icon on your desktop to send MS your wish list. What you're
asking for sounds reasonable to me. It's the same as "Autohide" for the
taskbar...
