the system shuts down on its own after few min...i think 10 min. and before it does it shows a message

There is a "Worm" about at the moment ("sasser") which does something like
this. Why not let us know what the message is? Or did your machine shut
down before you were finished

my comp is doing the exact same thing ...automatic shut down its saying.but if i firewall it its ok..but..i cant connect to p2p progs(shareeza)while its firewalled.its doing my head in.anyone got any ideas?
