my computer will not shut down properly and just displays 'saving your settings'. I have similar problems when I 'switch users'. I always have to shut the computer off with the power switch.
I have the same exact problem. I have to use the main power switch, which shuts down my whole system. Then every time I reboot, the computer stays on the "starting windows" screen for what seems like forever. I usually load a cd or something just to get it to bring up the login screen. Anyone know what may be causing this? I just purchased this computer last week.
