Windows shut down to avoind damage: Stop 0x.00000 (0x8553f018,0x0000000,
0x8122c3670x00000000) ***Clfs.sys 8122c367 base@81024549, ab.
The above is on a blue screen.

Unable to enter Safe Mode or Recovery Menu

Are you trying to reboot with a cd or dvd in a drive?
 
Did you eveer get a resolution? I have the same problem and I have dealt with
7 agents at HP and none of them have a cluee.
