Windows Shortcut Keys

Help,

Something has hijacked my internet explorer shortcut
keys. Control+Enter filled in the www and the .com in the
address bar but now it takes me to msn search. The
functionality has stopped working. Is there an ini file
or registry setting that I can reset the default shortcut
keys back to? I have already reset IE setting and any
other of the minor things that can be changed with no
resolution.

Any help would be appreciated.
