Windows Sharepoint Services

Currently using Outlook 2003/XP and using FrontPage 2003 for my website. My
website host has yet to upgrade to Server 2003 so the full benefits of
Windows Sharepoint Services cannot be realized. Will a full complement of
Frontpage extensions bring me closer to what WSS offers? i.e. Can I connect
outlook to the site to update projects, appointments, files? Much
appreciation for as detailed an answer as can be offered.

FrontPage extensions offer none of the collaboration features of WSS. They just make it easier to build web pages with FrontPage.
