All those questions to find out what the question meant.....! That is why
I
didn't reply to it yesterday. I'm tired of getting beatup by posters going
on a rant because I have to make the explain (sometimes several times)
what
they mean by what they asked. I was afraid that is where this one would
go.
I had that happen two days ago with one guy and I am just tired of it.

Not sure what "You" did.
When you say "Have changed them on the server" Changed What????
Did you change the username and update the Addresses? Or did you "delete"
the default SMTP address and create a "New" one?
If the latter, then you need to put the "deleted" address back.
And when you say, "the server will not allow them onto public drive",
What is the Error?
And what do you mean by "public drive"? A shared folder on your system or
the Exchange Public Folder, or ????
