hi

i am trying to install windows server 2003 on USB external hard drive

so while booting with CD it ask F6 for installing on other devices, if i
select that it is giving the option that we need to install the OEM drivers
for further installing that

and this is asking that OEM driver should be their on only Floppydrive and
others it will accept

for this it is asking for TXTSETUP.OEM file for further installation of OEM
drivers

SO please help me in installing this server on USB external drive

AFAIK, you cannot install to a removable drive, but you might want to ask in
an appropriate Windows group, rather than ion this .NET programming group.

To find the group you need:

http://www.microsoft.com/communitie...spx?guid=1080912A-26C5-7040-AFDD-2224A4FEB3EA

Then open your language in the TreeView on the left, scroll down to
"Windows", open and scroll down to your version of Windows and
select a group there.
