Instructions: "Insert the Windows Security Update CD. If
the Welcome to the Windows Security Update CD page does
not appear, double-click Autorun.exe in the root folder
of the CD."
QUESTION: How do I do this? I need step-by-step
instructions as I have never done this before!My level of
using a computer is in the intermediate level!

Open the CD in Windows Explorer. Find autorun.exe and double click on it.
Voila!

Your level of computer use is NOT "Intermediate", it is "pre-beginner".
Take a course in Community College, please.
