Hi Cathie, You'll probably find it in this area:-
Right click on the desktop and select PROPERTIES
Then select SETTINGS and then ADVANCED
Click you graphics card tab for example mine is GeForce 2
Look for rotation settings in that area
Sometimes, there's an icon in the notification area where you can adjust
settings there.
