Windows Scheduling Agent?

I have a Wintv card installed which uses a program called "WinTV Scheduler"
and sometimes when I try to start it I get the following error message.

"It appears that Windows Scheduling Agent is not set to run at Windows start
up. This service is required by HCW_Scheduler."

I can tell it to repair the problem for me, but I would like to know what
the "Windows Scheduling Agent" is and how to make it start at windows
start-up so I don't have this problem anymore. I searched for any called
"Windows Scheduling Agent" and could not find it.

Thanks for any sugestions.
 
There is no such thing in Windows. There is Task Scheduler which it may ot may not be referring to. It's in Control Panel (called schedule tasks here) and in Services. Set it's properties in Services to Automatic Start.
