Windows Scheduler Exit Code of 0xc

I have XPSP2. The last result of my schedules task is "0xc" in the
Scheduled tasks window. In the log file it notes the following:
Result: The task completed with an exit code of (c).

I cannot find what "0xc" means. I take from reading stuff the "c"
means something failed, but there is no more information.

Any ideas?

Task Scheduler exit codes are generated by the program
they run. You therefore need to find out what it means
when your program terminates with an exit code of 0xc.
 
What program are you scheduling? I believe the exit code comes from the
program that was scheduled and not the scheduler. You will probably need to
contact the developer of the scheduled program to find out what the exit
code means.
