I seem to have killed my system. I was using some music recording software when a box popped up giving me an error within the kernel32.dll file. After that, no matter where I clicked on to, or what window opened the same error box would pop up. Even after I killed that applications process. I cold booted the system after that. I than proceeded to start up windows and this is what happens

-Windows seems to boot fine at the beginning
-The Windows XP Professional splash/loading screen appears
-Imediately after that screen pops up it shows the blue screen with the error on it for less than a second and than reboots the system.

I can not capture the error, can not boot into safe mode, and can not boot from last known working configuration. I am at a lose right now.

You can capture the error by turning of "Automatically Restart."
To do so:
Go "My Computer" and right click on it and then on "Properties."
Click on the "Advanced Tab."
At the bottom under "Startup and Recovery" click on the "Settings" button.
Under "System Failure" take the check out for "Automatically Restart."

This will let you see the blue screen to get information from it that may
help to get to the problem. When this is checked the computer just reboots
as you say and you can't get the info.

Good Luck
