Windows Restarts Automatically

After installing Windows 2000 Professional, I noticed that
my computer would restart without any warning at various
times. It would do this while I was doing various tasks
either online or off line. It acted as though the reset
switch on my computer was being activated. Does anyone
know what is causing this? I have an ASUS P4S333
motherboard. A P4 1.6 GHz Processor and 2 256Megs or RAM
Installed. Please help, its driving me nuts.

To be able to see the blue screen stop message; Control
Panel|System|Advanced|Startup and Recovery, I usually like to uncheck
"Automatically reboot" this way you get a chance to read the stop error.
