Try asking in a Windows newsgroup. This one is about Frontpage.

I posted it here because I want to offer remote assistance on my web site and
because I know that one can put activeX controls in a web page. So you're
sure it has nothing to do with Frontpage ?

You can put some ActiveX controls on a Web page. However only IE
supports it and in many cases it will be disallowed here because of
the lack of security in ActiveX.
If you want to offer help, there are many ways to setup a mail form on
a page so interested parties can contact you.
