Hi guys, I am having i little problem. I am an administrator in company with
about 100 users an 6 servers so I wanted to create some security policy for
each user. Now, the problem is that some users had months ago acess rights to
some folders on server, no I changed those rights so some users that had
acess now shouldn't have it anymore, however windows somehow rememberd old
acess rights for those users and doesn't want to accept those new rights

However i jus figure it out that if those users log in one some other
computer (not theirs) the acess rights are working and they don't have
permission but on their computers they have...

Any ideas ?

tnx, gregor

It sounds like they may be using credentials other then their own user
account when the access the shares if they can access from one computer but
not the other. Two possibilities are mapped drives with alternate persistent
credentials or XP stored credentials [see the link below]. When a user is
accessing a share you can use Computer Management/Shared Folders - sessions
to see how the user is accessing the share from the source computer. ---
