IMO your best bet is to first tell us what exactly you are trying to do (one
could provide code reading the registry when you would like to alter
permissions etc...)

thanks for your reply, at this momment I am moving from vb 6 to vb 2005.
In fact I want some information about to include, edit and delete
settings from registry.

..NET has a whole Registry Class to handle accessing the Registry, the
help has gobs of examples.
