There is an error during installation of new softwares.

"Windows Installer is not well installed"

I uninstall, reinstall, try to find solution on net, but now it is existing.

It says this can happen, if Windows run in lower mode or win installer is
not correctly installed.

Is there any solution or I have to reinstall winxp?
