Windows reboots at Splash Screen

Ever since I ran the recovery console fast repair for a
w2kp sp4 install, the os restarts automatically at the
Windows 2000 Professional splash screen.
Going into F8 for Safe Mode or Restore Last Good Config
still reboots automatically.
Any ideas??

Did your windows crash when you installed SP4? It looks like that is what
is messing up one of my units... charlie
