windows reboot floppy disk

im trying to reboot my computer with floppy disk and the kerrenal dll has
been loading for about 10 hours

To reboot your machine you will need to remove the floppy from the drive..

If you are trying to *reinstall* Windows you will need your CD

and NOT a boot floppy
