windows ReadyBoost help

when i put my usb falsh drive ntohing pops up so i decided to go to its
properties and when i did i press the readyboost tab but it said that "The
device is plugged into an unsupported interferance" whatt does this mean how
do i fix it

Maybe, the USB port isn't USB 2.0.
But, the older and slower USB 1.1.

Are you plugging it into a hub?

Make sure both the device and the USB port are USB 2.0.

Sounds like that might be the issue.
