windows randomly restarts computer

Its more likely to happen if I am playing a game but it
also happens if I am browsing. Its just an instant restart
out of the blue. No errors or warnings just restarts,

your might want to check and see if you have bad memory sims

But first, disable "automatic restart", in Control Panel|SYSTEM|ADVANCED
tab|START UP & PERFORMANCE. The error message may then give a clue to
what the problem is.
