WHEN I START MY COMPUTER IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS A WINDOW
COMES UP THAT SAYS WINDOWS CANNOT OPEN THIS FILE
TF1P1708. IT ASKS IF I WANT TO LOCATE IT NOW AND I SAY
YES BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS IS?
