I have a problem, I need guidance - my local IT
computer "guys" cannot seem to give me a straight answer,
and I'm losing my mind. This is a question for a windows
expert who is familiar with how windows profiles work.
There are a couple of individuals who continue to
get "hung" while working in the system. However, if I
sign them on using another profile, they work fine. They
are set up EXACTLY like other profiles, with no extra
dashes spaces, etc. etc. I've even deleted their profile
and copied a known good profile, to no avail. I'm
wondering, could it be a bad WYSE terminal? It doesn't
seem likely, since the WYSe terminal are just dumb
terminals and if they break, they won't work AT ALL. I'm
about at the end of my rope and don't know what else to
try.
