Windows Picture Viewer missing in Win2000

Hmmm.. I am stumped! Starting today for no apparent reason, none of my
pictures will open in Windows Picture Viewer. I searched my pc for the
Viewer file, and nothing came up! Is there a download, or some simple way
of restoring the Windows Picture/Fax Viewer, again? How about the Quick
View? That no longer exists on here either!
