Windows Picture and Fax Viewer?

I was wondering if there is a way to change the background
color of windows picture and fax viewer from white to
black? Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated...

I don't believe this can be changed except in display properties and that is
a global setting which would apply to all windows. One thing you can do is
start the Slide Show from the icon on the toolbar, this will give you a
black background, while you are viewing the pictures.
 
Thanks for the advice... I was thinking possibly a new
dword value under ShellImageView? I will keep looking..
