windows picture and fax viewer

I'd like to place a shortcut for Windows Picture and fax
viewer on my desktop, but cannot find it's location to do
this. Where is it located in the file structure.

your solution is my normal way to access this viewer. I
was most curious as to it's location - your reply
explains why a computer novice like myself couldn't find
it.
