Greetings!

Would anyone happen to know why when I attempt to view a sent or received FAX I get an error message "The fax document cannot be displayed because your operating system does not have a default viewer for fax documents (.tif files). However when I open pictures from the My Pictures folder it opens with the Windows PFV?

How is it that it may not be properly associating the FAX's with the PFV?

Thank you for all your continued expertise!

That did it! THANK YOU!

Start>Control Panel>Folder Options.

In the next window click the Tab "File Types"

Scroll through list for the .tif file type and click on it to highlight it

Click the Change button that will be located in the middle towards bottom of
the Folder Options console.

Choose select program from list option by bulleting it

Scroll through the Program Types list for Windows Picture and FAX viewer,
click on it to highlight it

Check box that says Always Use The Selected Program For Opening Files Of
This Type

Click OK button

Then Apply, then Close button.

All the best! EB-W
