Windows Picture and Fax viewer. Where is it?

Windows XP all service packs and updates.

I can't find where Windows Picture and Fax Viewer lives.

I've looked around, manually, and done a search. No luck.

Anyone know?

It is part of a dll. I can't remember which one, but there is no program
file for the viewer.

The Windows Picture and Fax Viewer is not a standalone
application. The best you can do once you open it is drag and
drop images into it.

Copy the following and paste it into Start -> Run -> Open.

rundll32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen
