Windows picture and Fax viewer problem?

Hi, Im new and wanted to see if anyone could help me with a windows picture and fax viewer problem. I work from home and have documents sent to me via this programme. When I try to open the files in WPFV I get the first page but every other page after this is a random picture from what appears to be the net? Ive tried anti virus sorftware etc? Although if I print the document it prints the right document?

Can anyone advise what I should do apart from throw the PC out the window!!!
