Windows photo gallery won't email

I am running Vista with Outlook 2003 as my prefered email. When I try to
email a photo from photo gallery I receive a message that "Operation Failed".
How do I fix this?
 
Wrong newsgroup.
The Outlook experts tend to hang out in the Outlook newsgroups.
This newsgroup is mainly for supporting the Windows Mail program.
