Windows Photo Gallery- Option to Change Background and font colors

I think WPG would look much better if given the option to change background
to black and font color to white (i.e. the New Adobe Photoshop Lightroom
look).

If anyone knows of a way to do this now, please advise.

This is no longer the mechanism to submit suggestions to MS now that Vista
is RTM and released. It's back to the normal methods. Make your
suggestions using one of these.
