I forgot my windows log on password, any idea how to

I know this won't be helpful, but there is no way to obtain an
Administrator password unless you re-install Windows. Windows probably
stores the password using one way encryption, so it cannot be decoded
even if you know where its stored.
If you want to hear my standard advise on avoiding this in the future,
please ask.
If I were you, I would keep trying some passwords that I felt should
work, and then some variations. I usually think of the proper one in
few days, if I dont panic and have some fun instead.
