While running tune up it stops at the beginning of check for viruses. Is this
a bug?
Also, in trying to get email help it asks me for PID? No PID for downloaded
program.

One of the attributes of Windows Live OneCare is that it is supposed to have
live tech support--I'd recommend checking the help for how to access that.
