Windows not Loading

Ok heres the deal.. basicly I recently installed Intellepoint Drivers from Microsoft website. I restarted and now to my surprise Windows does not load. I get past the login screen to the part where it loads the programs and shows the desktop, etc. But it only loads programs, I am getting no visual of the Icons, windows bar or anything. I CAN pres Ctrl+Alt+Del and get to Task Manager to open up programs through there, this is how im typing this message. But basicly I cant do anything else. I tried running in Safe mode, and the same thing happens, I also tried Last Known Good Configuration, and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
