Windows No Disk

I have been having trouble when I connect my Apple Ipod to my computer.
When I do this I recieve the message:
Windows No Disk
Exception Processing Message 0xc0000013 Parameters 0x75AC023C 0x878DBBBC
0x75AC023C 0x75SC023C

I have tried reformating the ipod, uninstalling and then reinstalling
itunes, apple mobility, apple automatic update, quicktime. The end result
was that I did a system restore back to when it was working. It worked for
about a day and now the error message is back and it is driving me insane.
Apple claims that it is a windows issue and Windows claims that it is an
apple issue. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue.

You are asking in the wrong place. This newsgroup is for people developing
Microsoft Access database forms. I would suggest browsing down the list of
newsgroups on the Microsoft webpage (or newsgroups on your newsreader) and
posting full details of the problem on a newsgroup supporting your version of
Windows.
