Windows - NO DISK...haelp please

hi..
windows xp ser pack 3
PROBLEM:

after reboot i am getting this message:
WINDOWS-NO DISK
Exception Processing Message c0000013
Cancel Try Again Continue

it doesnt stop me i can do all operation just message is always ON
please help me

Most likely caused by virus or spyware.

also i noticed that one of my drive...dvd drive is no reading cd nor
dvd
