Windows NetBIOS messenger service

Every morning when I turn on my computer, I get a Windows
AntiSpyware Notice stating, "The Windows NetBIOS
messenger service is running." I click "Stop Service" and
check "Remember this action," but next morning, I get the
same AntiSpyware Notice again. Any help? Thanks.
 
Are you on a large managed network, where this service might be desired by
the administrators?

You can always run MSAS, go to Tools-> Real-time Protection-> Internet
Agent-> View Internet Agent Checkpoints, and disable Windows NetBIOS
Messenger Service checkpoint.
