Windows Msgnr does voice but not MSN Msgnr...??

I run XP with DSL through a router and have no problems
doing voice and video with WINDOWS Messenger. BUT, I'm
unable to do this when we're using MSN Messenger 6.0.
There is no sound, I can get their incoming video, but my
camera isn't recognized. Do the programs handle the
activities differently? Any ideas or suggestions would be
HUGELY appreciated. THANKS!
 
Is there some overwhelming reason you feel the need to use
MSN 6.0? WM works-be happy.
