Hi, my OS is Windows Professional XP and I keep getting the download page for
Movie Player 2.6 for Vista. Can anyone tell me the URL to download Windows
Movie Player for XP users? Thanks.

You can download the older version...
Movie Maker 2.0 at the following link:

MovieMaker 2.0

The only way to acquire Movie Maker
2.1 is to install Windows XP SP2.

Download Windows XP SP2

Generally, users install from the net but this
site allows you to download the complete
file to your hard drive before installing.

It's good for a network administrator because
you can burn it on a CD and install it on as
many computers as you need to.

And it's good for a single machine because
if you ever need to install it again...you'll have
it available without waiting for a download.

If you already have WinXP SP2...and do not
have Movie Maker 2.1...maybe the following
article will offer some ideas:

What can I do if I upgrade to Windows
XP SP2 and Windows Movie Maker 2.1
is not installed successfully?
