Hi All!
I am having trouble with WMM - I start playing my video & it gets to a
certain clip & it goes white & says "WMM have stopped working" then it goes
on to say that its "restarting" then it says that someone else is using WMM &
shuts down!
I know there are other posts on this that are similar - but I'm seriously
green with computer stuff - I need help, but it needs to be step by step! Can
anyone please help with this?

I would suspect that you have an issue with incompatible
source files...the most reliable formats to use are:

Photos - bmp
Video - wmv or dv-avi
Music - wma, wmv, wav
