Due to restrictions within the organization we have been requested to
uninstall Movie Maker. There are no options for this under Remove Windows
components. Any suggestions?

Rather than removal, express your restriction in your internal organization
rules....

As you can't uninstall it... unregister the DLLs so it'll be functionally
crippled... if users are capable of re-registering the DLLs, they are also
capable of running Movie Maker from a thumbdrive.
