Opening the program results in the

Windows Movie Maker has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience.
message window.

Details include:
AppName: moviemk.exe AppVer: 2.1.4026.0 ModName: qedit.dll
ModVer: 6.5.2600.2180 Offset: 0001a513

I have not used it previously so I am not sure if it ever worked from the
SP2 install. I have tried reinstalling it but the result is the same. How
do I resolve this? If I uninstall and then re-install SP2, what precautions
are needed?

Thanks,
Art

Many thanks John. I do have InterVideo Win DVD Creator and that was the
cause. Movie Maker working now. BTW I have not used InterVideo. Is it a
good choice?
