Windows Movie Maker to iMovie on Mac

Hello,

I have a file created with Windows Movie Maker, is it possible to
convert to something that can be editable by iMovie in Mac?

Or is there anything in Windows that creates Movie file and can be
editable by iMovie in Mac?

If yes, how can this be done.
