I recored out my video on to a camera, but some parts in the songs I'm using
are choppy. There are in places that I didn't split and they don't show up
when I'm playing it on the computer. Can anyone help me?

I'm using wma and one wav file. The wma file is much longer than the wav
file (if that helps at all)

Right, lets get a little clearer.
You have made a movie with video.
What type of video file is this?
You have added some background songs, which are compatible.
Some of the music is choppy.
Some of the music doesn't play properly, in places where you have not edited
the music..
Does it play properly in Movie Maker?
What file format are you saving it to on the computer?
What are you then watching it in?
Is this where it is choppy?
You say you recorded it out to you camera, do you mean you captured it from
the camera or you have sent it back from the pc to the camera?
Is this a stills camera or camcorder?
